Cherry Hill-based KLA Marketing Associates, a national business development and marketing advisory firm, has joined forces with Jaffe PR, a leading law firm public reputation agency, as a strategic alliance partner.

KLA chief strategist Kimberly Alford Rice of Cherry Hill will partner with Jaffe to enhance and expand its clients’ business development and marketing efforts.

Anneliese McMenamin, vice president of human resources for the South Jersey-based Kennedy Health System, was recently named “Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year” by the regional chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.

She won in the category of organizations with more than 2001 employees. This award recognizes human resources professionals who exemplify outstanding achievement within their local community.

McMenamin volunteers as a board member for the Food Bank of South Jersey and actively supports the American Cancer Society’s bike ride. She lives in Elkins Park, Pa.

Marlton-based Hill International, a global construction management firm, has re-elected Irvin E. Richter and Steven M. Kramer and elected Gary F. Mazzucco to its board of directors to serve for three-year terms.

The company also approved an increase in the number of shares issuable under its 2009 nonemployee director stock grant plan, from 200,000 to 400,000.

Michael P. Rosiak has been appointed chief operating officer of Pediatric Acute and Ambulatory Care Services at Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Marlton.

He brings more than 26 years of executive-level health care experience to the hospital, which provides pediatric rehab and medical day care. In his new position, Rosiak is responsible for managing operational and financial functions while monitoring and ensuring positive outcomes for patients.

Parker McCay shareholder Elizabeth M. Garcia has been appointed treasurer of the Burlington County Bar Association. Firm associate Breanne M. DeRaps has been appointed as the 2013-15 Burlington County Young Lawyers Trustee.

Garcia focuses her practice in the areas of civil rights and government liability, labor and employment, and municipal and governmental relations.

DeRaps specializes in the areas of transactional law, commercial litigation and estate planning and administration. Parker McCay is based in Mount Laurel.
