Cherry Hill, (May 1, 2013) – – Camden County-based legal marketing executive Kimberly Alford Rice, Principal of KLA Marketing Associates recently addressed an audience of women trial lawyers during the New Jersey Association for Justice’s annual Boardwalk Seminar at Bally’s in Atlantic City.
During her presentation, Rice, a Cherry Hill resident, presented “Business Development Boot Camp: Inspiring Women To Realize Their Career Dreams” which outlined critical steps women lawyers may take to propel their practices forward.
Nationally recognized business and client development expert Kimberly Alford Rice is an accomplished leader in helping lawyers and law firms generate profitable new business through proven business development methodologies and training/coaching programs. Throughout her nearly 25 years of practice, she has assisted in building, advising and supporting in-house marketing, business development and training efforts at a myriad of law firms ranging from solos to large AmLaw 200 law firms.
Bringing decades of experience and depending upon her clients’ situation, needs and objectives, Kimberly serves as chief strategist, advisor, trainer, coach, program planner and professional business developer.
Among her professional activities, Kimberly serves as Editor-in-Chief of American Lawyer Media’s monthly Marketing the Law Firm publication; is a board member of the international Legal Marketing Association’s Metro Philadelphia chapter. She is a member of the ABA and its Law Practice Management Section as well as the Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group.
